A Little Bit About Me...

Being a recent graduate of a university I am able to relate to students and understand the academic setting. I enjoy teaching and am motivated to help students achieve results in the form of grades and understanding. I think each student has their own learning style and finding that is important to the teaching process.
As a recent graduate of a high ranking tech school with my BS in Business Administration and Materials Engineering I am very familiar with the academic setting and learning styles of various students. My areas of study require me to be familiar with high level mathematics and science in addition to an understanding of communication skills in both technical writing, such as lab reports, and business communication techniques. Coming from a family of teachers, the importance of education has always been stressed to me. The emphasis was placed not only on succeeding academically, but also to gain a true understanding of the subject matter. I hold an Associates of Applied Science in Community Service and Leadership and graduated Magna Cum Laude. I also hold a Bachelors of Science in Family Studies with a concentration on early childhood education and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
