Since I have worked students with a wide variety of learning issues; I feel that I am well prepared to assess and deliver educational materials and instruction to any student. I understand that each student has his learning style and prefers specific modalities such as: games & puzzles, logical sequential, the arts, naturalistic, etc. Although those would not be the only modalities I would use to educate my students, I feel that I must acknowledge this and respond with a portion of the lessons directed at personal interest. As a recent college graduate with a BA in Spanish and a BA in International Affairs, I possess current experiences from my studies in the United States, Europe and South America. Since attending college in Spain and Argentina I understand word usage and vocabulary differences within the Spanish language. Mixed with my superior Spanish skills I am able to discuss and explain political differences in Spanish and explain, on a historical level, how government has evolved internationally. As a past member of the Sacramento Jazz Society I also have a strong background in music both in practice and theory.
