During college, I changed my major several times, taking numerous classes for each one to determine what I wanted to do with my life. I experimented with Political Science for two years, in which I took classes in criminology, speech, and history. My next year of college was spent in English and Writing, where I focused on the obvious, as well as classes in psychology. The last few years of my college experience, where I ended up graduating with a Bachelor’s in Finance, were based around all of the science and math classes that Ohio Dominican University had to offer. I always enjoyed helping my fellow classmates with their homework and with any questions. I was the first to help out a struggling student and to make sure they shared my level of understanding. I also was the first to receive tutoring if I ever felt I did not have a complete grasp on a subject. A Little Bit About Me...

In previous work evaluations my supervisor has described my teaching style as "Experiential". I have a passion to teach with example and hands on practial skills. I created a game in which to teach parents and children how to get rid of their "hang ups". My motto is "Reaching Higher" and I thoroughly enjoy helping a child or adolescent reach higher to understand their full potential. It is an "ah ha" moment for both myself and an individual that I might be teaching, when they "arrive" at that point, to reveal their own learning style.
