I have studied 4 different languages over my 5 years in college. I am most proficient in Russian and French. I am a perfectionist with great attention to detail. Russian I am able to assist with up to an Advanced level. 5 years of French, 3 years of Russian. Basic levels of Japanese and German I am also able to assist with, but Russian and French are my strongest points. In terms of English, I am known by many people as a Grammar Enforcer. A Little Bit About Me...

I finally realized that teaching was my one true talent. I have always enjoyed providing people with new ways to think about whatever it is that they're learning. I took great care when teaching languages to convey the importance and relevance of diversity. I gave my students necessary references to their own lives and made an effort to pull their own experiences into their learning. When learing a language it is so much about memorizing, so I make it fun with flash cards and visuals so that the next time they hear that word or see it a few images race through their minds that we spoke about while studying so that they never forget the word or phrase.
