A Little Bit About Me...

The child chooses the style. What I mean by this is that every child is different and every one of them learn differently. Teaching on a more personal level is how to aid the best results.
My experience started in my high school years helping my brother and sisters with homework while our mom was working. Presently I am employed at a day care center/ school, were everyday is spent engaged with the kids and their educational needs. I love interacting with the children at work so much so, that the idea of taking on tutoring sounds more so like a new hobby.

My teaching methods are structured and developed for each individual person. I believe that there are many ways to teach a student. The key to successful teaching is finding out how your student learns; auditory, visual, didactic or with a combination of learning styles. I use a combination of visual and didactic aids in my lectures. I encourage an environment where questions are welcomed. I want students to not just learn the material but understand it as well.
