I have a lot of experience working with all ages of children. As a teacher, I try to maintain a respectful but friendly dialogue with the student. Especially as a tutor, I want to be able to have an open and honest dialogue with the kid about the work. I am happy always to talk about why certain work is included in the curriculum. A Little Bit About Me...

Currently I'm a senior at UNC of Chapel Hill majoring in Mathematical Decision Science. I haven't had any paid tutoring experience, but I tutored many of my peers in high school in math, history, and language arts. I am pretty good at working with them and helping them understand math and science concepts. My grades were consistently A's and B's. During high school I've also visited local elementary school and worked with kids there mainly as a teacher's assistant. In addition, as a native Chinese, I'm fluent in Mandarin.
