My comments on tutoring Communications : I look at everyone as an equal.

I am a retired and disabled veteran from the USMC. Interested in a variety of subjects and love to learn on a daily basis as well as teach others the same. I am a believer that regardless of one's age, a person can learn from both male and female and well as from older and younger generations. Having participated in a variety of business careers, I have acquired so much knowledge that I would love to pass it on. Some of those careers are finance, retail, law enforcement, sales both domestic and international, human resources, data base administration, commercial food industry (both acidified and non-acidified) and many more.

Whether it is in front of a class of 40 or one-on-one, I have been endowed not only with the talent to teach, but also with the God-given ability to motivate. I have 20+ years of Human Resource management experience. During this time, I was responsible for training, presentations, safety, employee relations, compensation, emloyee benefits. As the executive, I was responsible for editing presentations, composing employee newsletters, providing support to all employees for internal application process.
