Learning Can be Fun!

I like to allow the student to read the material once and clarity any areas that need more explanation. Then I will allow them to answer questions from the material read and help them where needed to choose the correct answer and understand the reason for the answers. I like to reward a certain level of correct answers with points that can be redeemed for interesting small prizes. At a Wall Street bank, I trained new hires in the proper transmission of Telex and SWIFT messages. I later moved to SR&D as a Programmer Analyst. I worked in the creation and maintenance of programs needed by the bank. For 12 years, I recruited and trained independent salespeople, while conducting my own demonstrations.
