In high school I took Calculus, honors Geology, honors Chemistry, and honors English. I have three siblings that I help out with homework, as well as have tutored my fellow classmates in high school, so I can adapt to any learning style. I am currently going to Central Washington University. I am pursuing a degree in Communication studies with a double minor in Sociology and Spanish. I am not completely fluent in Spanish, but I am very proficient in reading, writing, and speaking.

I learn in the most unheard of ways, and every childs learning style is different from the other, but that is what makes learning so fun. I aim for success and my mentoring experience for first year college students makes me a firm believer in meeting individual goals. I think that once the student finds what works best for them there is no holding them back. The discovery is the most important aspect in every childs life. I like teaching mathematics and have always strived to meet the learning needs and styles of each student I teach. I am a patient person and have seen much success in the learning of mathematics of my students. Students must be given examples of work and then let discover methods for solving problems. We all have different views, and I would like to find that gateway into the minds of children so that they can see and understand more. I use different methods for each individual. It depends on each person what they like and want in order to find the motivation in themselves. It is satisfying to see people realize that they can achieve more than they first thought.
I have earned a bachelor of science degree in General Science, which means I have a very good understanding of many topics including: Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Physics, Computers, and Arts. I have experience in being a leader of 10-16 people in the military as an officer. I enjoyed teaching people of their oppurtunities in furthering their education. During late nights I tutored friends in Calculus and Biology.
