A Little Bit About Me...

I am attending school for early childhood degree. Working with children and others have always been apart of me. Throughout school I am always helping and tutoring someone. Teaching someone something that I already know and something they should know or what to know makes me happy. I substitute before and volunteer my time a lot with daycare, Boys and Girls Club, after school programs, and even at church. I love to grab up my neighbor children to see how they are doing in school and if they need help with some work that they may have not gotten an understanding from their teacher or their parents do not understand.
I love to teach whether its for fun or helping.

I feel as though every child can achieve the impossible, and with the help of someone giving them the attention that they deserve and need, they will feel better about themselves as well. I want to get a child in a learning mood where they'll want to go to school everyday and learn something. I want to be an inspiration to them or a role model or someone they can look up to for advice so that they can follow in my footsteps as far as finishing high school and continuing education to strive and be the best that they can be.

I get a great satisfaction in helping others succeed. I help students understand the material in a straight forward way. I try to approach problems and relate them to everyday life. I also like to incoroporate the students likes or hobbies into problems to make in more interesting.
As a MBA graduate, I was in determined to gain a higher level of education. While in grad school I tutored several classmates in various courses. I conducted and lead several study sessions. I tutored in accounting, math, statistics and computer application classes. I also tutored students while in undergraduate school.
