After 10 years as a portrait photographer, having learned to correct, retouch, and manipulate photos with Photoshop, I entered the graphic design field. Whatever style that can be implemented to create a learning environment. Multiple teaching styles to relate information or word play that allows the connection of information.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have two teenage sons, both of whom I have tutored through pre-AP Algebra, the oldest is in pre-Calculus this year. I tend to take a holistic approach, showing "why" the student needs to know the material, and "where" it fits in with other disciplines, instead of just "how" to do it.
When I was in high school, I decided upon attending Oklahoma State University, based upon the fact that OSU sponsored a high school scholastic competition, whereas OU was only known for football. If that does not make me boring enough, I represented my school and placed 8th in the state for Algebra. Not too bad for a small middle-class parochial school. Naturally enough, I was the best at my school. When I finally went to OSU, I studied Electrical Engineering, obtaining a Master's degree. How did I get to Texas? -- Texas Instruments of course!
