Industrial Engineering is one of my top subjects!

I hold three college degrees in Biology (B.S.), Chemistry (B.S.), and Industrial Engineering (M.S.). I also have practical experience working with organic chemicals and polymers because I was employed in the manufacturing sector for over 30 years. This combination of education and work experience benefits the students that I tutor by applying learned scientific principles to practical everyday use. I will be ready to answer the age old question students have when they ask "why do we need to learn this stuff when we will probably never use it?" My teaching style is a combination of serious, in-depth theory and practical examples to demonstrate such theories, all with a hint of humor, followed by significant practice of the newly learned skills. I've been "teaching" people all of my business career. I always start with the underlying theory and immediately segue into a practical example of how the principles work.
