I learned sign language at the Md. school for the Deaf in Columbia Md. I started there out of high school and worked there for 5 years. I've also worked in the medical field as a surgical tech, and a phlebotomist . I've continued to work for people with special needs people., teaching swimming amd water safety. I am a 17 year old female who has so much talent to share with the people around me. I'm apart of a community service club, I play a variety of instruments, and from my experiences I've gained a lot of wisdom. I may not be certified with a piece of paper to show, but who said that in order to spread knowledge you had to have graduated and attended college? I like to have a schedule written out so that the child knows what will be expected of him/her that day. I am very organized and like to complete tasks in a timely manner. I like to address all the questions the child may have during a lesson, I try to explain things in several different ways so that child will grasp the concept in a way that makes sense to him/her.
