Each child learns in different ways, and as a Tudor/teacher it is my responsibility to discover the method of teaching that matches a child’s way of learning. I am patient, understanding and provide a constructive approach to learning. All children have the potential of learning; some simply require a different method and approach to grasp the information and it is my duty to provide such approach.
I'm currently attending American Military University, with less than a year to graduate with a bachelor degree in Public Health, which allows me to have a better understanding in health science related subjects. I have learned extensive grammatical skills due to writing research papers. In addition I have experience in teaching, coaching and mentoring soldiers in the United States Army as a squad leader.

A Little Bit About Me...

I am a recent grad of Lawrence Tech and I have a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Design. I have had many math and advanced english courses throughout my collegiate career. I have tutored many children in reading, writing, computer literacy and grammar from 1st through 8th grade. I have extensive experience with hand drafting, hand drawing and designing skills that I have acquired throughout my education from elementary throughout my college career. I have experience in school setting tutoring which enabled me to tutor more than one at a time, dealing both with the reading, writing and the computer literacy.

I believe in being an active teacher helping an interactive student. Let the student be a major part of the program and I will be there to guide and correct if necessary. Teaching is keeping your participants attention by interacting with them...you can't imagine the fun they can have and still learn.
While in college, I tutored students in high school in lower level math and reading. I also taught swimming to high school students. During my tenure in industry, I was able to train less experienced employees in measuring tools and their use (calipers, Mics, feeler gauges, etc,) so that they might get a better position in the company and I received accolades from the home office for my efforts.
