I am very passionate about teaching children. I am patient but firm, and focus on encouraging and building confidence. I am excellent at breaking down difficult concepts in a way that children can easily grasp. I do not approach teaching in a manner that pursues only a rise in grades or grade levels; I seek to impart long-term skills and a love of learning. A child that performs well during tutoring may still have issues in the classroom, which is why I strive to build a child's confidence in themselves first and foremost. Regardless of behavior or background, all children have the ability to become excellent students, and I will bring that excellence out of your child.
