In college I assisted with my church youth group and led classes approximately once a month for two years. During 2010 I volunteered with a Kindergarten class. I assisted the students with in-class assignments in writing and math. I hold a bachelors degree in accounting with a minor in vocal performance. I also studied German during this time. I have completed 17.5 semester hours towards a masters degree in liberal studies with a focus in international business and German. I enjoy helping students learn new things. I am a patient teacher but also like to push forward and past where a student is expected to be in school. I enjoy the look on a parent's face when they say that their child as exceeded expectations. I make sure not to teach each child the same because they are all different and learn differently. A Little Bit About Me...

I love teaching and engaging with people of all ages. Everyone learns in a different way, and it is kind of exciting to see how people think and try to connect with them. I believe that it is possible for anyone to learn; some people just have to take a different approach to get to their objective. I love the entire learning and teaching process, and I am pretty fond of people as well!
