First and foremost, I love working with students. I believe all students have an ability to learn once you find the way to connect with them. I think the key is in finding that particular connection because each student is gifted in his or her own special way. All people learn differently, and I approach teaching with this understanding and appreciation of the differences in all students and their backgrounds. I think students benefit from a sort of structured guidance that sets them on the right path to learning the material but gives them the room and freedom to feel a sense of empowerment through their own discovery of the embedded lessons. I love working with children of all levels. I firmly believe all children can learn if given the proper opportunity. I am a very hands on teacher, giving all students an opportunity to really connect with the concepts they are learning.
