As a recent college graduate, the stress, confusion, and (ultimately) joy involved in the attempt to master new subjects are fresh in my memory. While nothing can replace experience, I believe that being young provides me with an edge over those older than me when it comes to connecting with students. I have tutored a wide range of students, ranging from an at-risk 5th grader to high school algebra students, to college sophomores.
