I started tutoring in 9th grade, and continued until my freshman year of college. I tutored middle school and high school students in math, sciences, and social studies. In college I tutored in Level 1 and 2 French, Psychology, and College Level Algebra. I have tutored both male and female students, and have worked with people with reading and learning disabilities.
I love working with people, and have a lot of patience. I work hard to let the student work through problems themselves before assisting them. A lot of students I have spent time with just need a small amount of encouragement and are very capable of completing their work. I enjoy working with different types of people, and adapt my style to fit their needs.

My teaching experience includes student teaching, substitute teaching, and several years of tutoring in both Vermont and Minnesota. A Little Bit About Me...

I earned two bachelors' degrees from Norwich University in 2011. I graduated with a BS in Sports Medicine Athletic Training and a BS in Sports Medicine Health Sciences with minors in Biology, Chemistry, and Physical Education Health. I excelled and enjoyed the information that was taught to me, particularly in the fields of chemistry and math. Although I have no formal tutoring or teaching experience in the typical classroom setting, I have done plenty of informal teaching. My strengths are in identifying a students weaknessess and giving them the tools needed to succeed.
