I have worked with children in a pre-school or subing element for years, as well as an office. I am 2 classes away from my Assoc of E.Edu at the University of Phoenix. I plan to continue with my B.S. Being envolved as a sub-teacher has allowed me to work with children of differnt ages to understand what they are learning,and the differnt styles that may help with that age group.
I like to listen to students and teaching style is by hands on experience for students. Showing and explaining how they can achieve the skill at hand is successful. Often by teaching computer skills or program to help with the subject at hand.

With my numerous experiences in education, I think I could be a great asset in helping students become more knowledgeable. I have worked as a Tutor, Assistant Teacher, and did a short placement as an Interim Teacher. I can easily adjust to changing environments that will best suit the student’s potential. A Little Bit About Me...

I love teaching and tutoring children of all ages. Although I have only formally been tutoring for about 6 years, I was a tutor all through my childhood helping other children learn when I finished with my classwork. Since first grade I have always wanted to be a teacher, although my brain tried to steer me in a different direction in college. Yet, my heart brought me back to teaching. Working with different age groups, have shown me that every child is their own individual. I get to know the children I work with to understand the best approach to take with them.
