In the summer of 2013 I worked at Lanier Technical College/ University of North Georgia as a ESOL Assistant Instructor. I worked at Elohim Center tutoring the kids at an after school homework center in Hartsville, SC. I also worked at Hartsville School of Performing Arts for a short time period. However I provided assistance to the teachers and mentored the children that had potential, but didn't have the extra push in life to motivate them to be more. My experiences as an educator encompass a fairly wide circle. I have a good amount of knowledge and experience in both athletics and academics. I have coached, taught and tutored students for nearly seventeen years. As an English teacher I have the ability to teach and tutor all aspects of reading and writing skills. I also have worked with students on test taking (primarily the SAT's), study skills, organization, and various other pertinent skills.
