I work for a community college and have done advising, enrollment, testing, phone directory, and student sevices. I have attended many professional development workshops on education.
Critical thinking skills and untraditional ways are what I focus on. However the way someone learns, I will try to set the individual up to show how they learn and work with them. My comments on tutoring Microsoft Access : I have used Microsoft Access for years. I just became MASTER Certified in Microsoft Access 2010.

I have a patient teaching style. It does not matter if you just need to learn email or how to use a mouse. A Little Bit About Me...

I love to see students grow and mature into successful adults. My philosophy on teaching is that every one can learn but the question for me is how do I need to get it across to the student for them to understand. Every one does not learn the same way and it is my job and duty to find the way that you learn and get the information across so you can retain it.
I have been teaching at the elementary and middle school level for the last seven years. I very much enjoy teaching and over the last fives years at least 70% of my students have successfully passed the MEAP.
