I have more than 29 years in the computer industry with fortune 100 companies using various types of computer software. I have provided group and one-on-one training for vendor applications, computer coding, and office based software. My experience is inclusive of training in the use of databases, such as, Microsoft Access. I enjoy helping others understand statistical concepts as well as how they can be applied. I think it is important to have a great deal of patience when teaching and to always make it fun when possible. Also, I find it useful to remember that I was once learning statistics and remember the great skill of my professors and how integrative and exciting they made the process. I have taken on part of their approaches and try to use interesting examples in order to make learning statistics something to be excited for.
