When tutoring, I try to meet the students needs by utilizing methods of teaching which take into consideration the student's learning style. I explain concepts using visual representations as well as numerical/algebraic models. I am a very patient teacher who will find various ways of explaining math concepts, until I find one that works for the student. My comments on tutoring Algebra II : I hold a Ph.D. in Mathematics and an M.S. in Statistics and have experience teaching undergraduates and graduates.

My diverse skills and experience in mathematics, statistics, and computer programming should be advantageous in this circumstance. Algebra II is one of my top subjects!

For more than 20 years I have been making math come alive for my students. I have taught both at the high school level and the college level and worked one-on-one with my students in and out of the classroom. As both a teacher and a student, I have developed my knowledge of the many branches of mathematics. Over the past eight years I have instructed students in large groups, one on one, and online.
