I take more of an inquiring approach and I become more of the facilitator and guide and direct my students by asking questions, exploring options, suggesting alternatives, and encouraging them to develop criteria to make informed choices. My Undergraduate studies involved extensive study Art history and my Masters Diploma in Textiles helped me a lot in research studies.I also won a scholarship to study Strategic Design in Milan. I am very creative and can communicate effortlessly. During my stay in India, I volunteered in a Blind school and later in a school for slow learners and children with autism. My Masters in Psychology supplemented this learning. I worked for a year with Citibank in their training department that involved teaching new employees and developed numerous teaching modules.
