Business is one of my top subjects! I am an MBA/CPA with 30 years of business experience including general business process consulting and accounting related issues.
Mentoring of the student(s) to understand the subject matter issues and their practical application to real life situations. I am CPA/MBA hands-on accountant, with the ability to lead and mentor financial team members. My experience includes public accounting, corporate & divisional responsibilities and SEC 10K reporting. In these positions I have managed a startup entity, restructured a bankrupt entity, had responsibilities for financial reporting, cash flow management, A/P, A/R, Inventory, development of budgets, internal controls standards, and preparation of accounting policies and procedures.
