My teaching style is unique to each student's indivdual needs. I take time to recognize my students learning style and provide the need materials or teaching style based their needs. I prefer tutoring to working in a classroom because I can give each student the specialized one-on-one time they need to help not only keep them on track with their school's requirements, but also introduce them to better study habits that could help them excel in the classroom when they do return to school. As a professional educator it is my responsibility to make sure that all my students are given the skills and tools they need to help them to be successful in their next grade level. I currently teach AM/PM kindergarten which means I have to find fun and engaging ways to teach students all the skills they need to acquire in kindergarten in half the time that many of my fellow kindergarten teachers. I've have always enjoyed working with children of all ages, and find that each child is unique.
