I believe teachers have an ethical responsibility to create a learning environment that engages students into learning. I believe that students being engaged in learning is critical not only to students achieving the learning outcomes, but also is also an important aspect of retaining the information they learn. Learning environments where students are engaged in learning are achieved through good classroom management, dynamic teaching, and through evaluating and reflecting on teaching practices.
