I love teaching children and helping them to achieve their academic goals. I am very organized and detail oriented and use those skills to organize and priortize the student's needs and specific way to achieve them. I help them set their own goals. I use a variety of curriculum and begin at the level they are at presently. I use a variety of visual aids and materials. I love children of all ages. I am very patient and laid back. I am kind, and considerate of others. My goal would be to help the child learn and understand, while making the experience a fun and rewarding one. I believe everyone has the ability to do whatever they strive for. I had a teacher in my youth that made such a huge impact in my life, and I have always wanted to repay that favor to other children. I strongly believe that one good teacher can make all the difference in a child's academic career.
I have always been driven to achieve a high level of excellence in everything I do. As a college student, I tutored many of my friends and peers for free.
