Tutored 2-3 days a week for many elementary school students when I was in high school. Subjects included introductory Spanish, Grammar, Writing, Composition, Writing, Typing skills and techniques, Study skills, and reading. Three years of experience in summer tutoring, helping students prepare for next grade level through workbooks, hands-on activities, and refreshing activities to recall main concepts and skills taught the previous year of school. I try to get to know what tactics help each student succeed in the best way possible. My teaching style is different for each student. I have never considered myself a student that things come easy to.
