My teaching style depends on the student. I am comfortable with trying different study methods in order to figure out why my student is having trouble with a particular subject.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. I love being able to help students feel comfortable with the material they are studying. I have tutored numerous times throughout college, and would like to get back into tutoring students because I find it to be rewarding. As a student who went from living in Germany and being taught that there are many ways of getting the right answer, to moving to America where everything is taught in one way, I have learned to incorporate my tutoring skills to the need of each individual student. My comments on tutoring Literature : Teach literature towards proficiency in taking English Regents exam.

I have a varied style, which is geared to the learning style of my students. I teach world to text, text to text, text to life.
I was employed by the Lakeland Central School District as a substitute Teacher Aide and later in a full time capacity. I worked for the OASIS Program and later at the Alternative High School. After completing my Bachelor's Degree at Concordia College, I applied for and was accepted into the New York City Teaching Fellows Program.
