At SGC I was a tutor for Student Support Services and was responsible for providing academic tutoring to my peers in various academic subjects. After graduating from SGC, I continued to provide tutoring services with the Sylvan Learning Center and the America Reads program at the University of Georgia. After receiving my teacher certification from the state of Georgia, I taught the 4th grade for 3 years. This grade is inclusive, so I taught all subject. During those 3 years and even later I tutored reading and math to a variety of students.
