A Little Bit About Me...

I am 18 years old, and the oldest child of 7 kids. I was homeschooled K-12, and am always helping my younger siblings with their daily schoolwork. I'm very patient and laid-back, and I have different ways of explaining something if the student doesn't understand. A Little Bit About Me...

When teaching accounting practice or theory there is no substitute for working problems. Repetition of working problems helps all students gain insight of accounting rules and principles. I am a very patient person who is willing to do what ever it takes to see a student succeed in their academic endeavors.
The knowledge gained from completing an accounting degree from an accredited accounting program has possessed me with real world function and theoretical application of multiple accounting systems. My education was not limited to material found on a CPA Exam, but was broad in scope covering new fields in forensic's accounting, and old staples of accounting for natural resources such as petroleum. While in an administrative position at Bethel College I earned both my Bachelor degree and my Masters in Education, both focusing on Administration. Both those degrees further helped in my teaching style when I was called upon to teach Freshman Orientation, Social Dance, and become the Director of a summer youth program for two years that involved daily lessons. Further, my life allowed me the oppotunity to go overseas as a English as a Second Language teacher in Taichung,Taiwan for a period of 3 years, teaching first grade through high schoolers.
