I am a native French and English speaker with a bachelor degree in Business Administration with specialization in Information Systems. I graduated first of my class with a perfect GPA, summa cum laude. As a member of the honors program, I had to do a lot of researches and presentations at public events. It made be feel good to see that I could educate people with the findings in my researches. I tutored math to some high school students after I graduated high school. I tutored math, accounting, French, and other subjects to my friends while I was in college. I was thinking of pursing a career in academia but I want to teach more and see how it goes. I have tutored non-professionally for some time. Doing so has provided me with experience with a variety of students ranging from the first grade level to college freshman. I cater accordingly to each level of student, always exercising patience and approaching topics from multiple angles. I understand that some students are visual, kinesthetic, or auditory learners, or a combination of all three. To gauge the students, I make sure every step in a given concept is clear - not by simply asking if the student understands, but also engaging that which they just learned.

Teaching is a means to find a student's misconceptions and correct them. I try to do this by engaging the students in conversation, asking them leading questions, or watching them work. I try to build classroom bonds, making communication easier. Once the students feel comfortable, it is easier to get them to talk and share their actual thoughts and ideas (which might be brilliant or flawed).
After graduating with a 4.0 from the University of Oklahoma, I began my graduate work in mathematics. As a G.A., I had the experience of teaching and tutoring at the college level.
