A Little Bit About Me...

Over the course of the last 10 years both in the workplace and earning a 4 year degree I have learned many important skills in the areas of math. reading, and writing. I have had to used these skills in research papers, class projects, creating reports for VP of companies, creating profit margins and so on.
After rising 3 children of my own I have come to realize that children learn at their own rates. It is important to encourage and persuade children to grow their skills. Often if learning is made into fun games and puzzles the children respond positively and will want to learn more.

I think that it is important to find the types of learning that each student finds easiest to understand, and tailor the course so that it works well with their particular learning abilities. This can easily be done in a classroom setting as well as an individual basis. In either case, while I am teaching I think that it is important to understand the topic we are on before moving to the next one.
