I've never really tutored before outside of helping my classmates, but even still I excel when it comes to teaching others tactics for reading and writing. I am extremely patient and studious when it comes to helping others learn, especially children. I graduated a year earlier than I should have due to skipping a grade because of my reading and writing skills. I took two years of AP English (Rhetoric and Literature) in high school and scored a 4 (out of a maximum score of 5) on my AP exam. I also scored around a 1700 on my SAT, mainly excelling in the Reading and Writing portion.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have worked in Aldine ISD as a clasroom aid at a special needs school as well as a tutor for Aldine ISD after school program for the TASK test. I was a substitute teacher in Aldine ISD at the high school level. I have also tutored students with dyslexia and autism disorders. I assisted with preparing students to pass the TASK test and they passed.
I am laid back. I allow for the student to figure it out first before I assist.
