I think it works well to give shorter lessons to a small group, and then work individually with the students. I like to encourage them to help one another if they feel confident in the subject. Hands on, Practice based, through step by step instruction. Visual learning whenever applicable. Geometry, algebra, physics, and some calculus are in my range of teaching. I am very patient as long as the student is trying to learn and cares about the work. Mental support of students is half the battle. I am comfortable tutoring lower level math classes, mechanical design, or other engineering classes. Writing classes such as English, literature, or fine arts are fine as well. I have a BS in Mechanical and Aerospace engineering from MIZZOU. I am very proficient in technical editing, critiquing papers and writing technical papers.

As a graduate of a sound Liberal Arts College, I've learned that the greatest asset I took away with me was the art of communication. I have earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a focus in Creative Writing and Spanish. I have written essays upon essays, from creative short-stories to my fifty-page senior thesis, and would love to continue working in a position which allows me to use my hard-earned tools.
