Bachelors Degree in field that covered graphic design using programs such as Adobe Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Autodesk Maya. Have done work for around 5 clients since my Graduation and am entering a job as a 3D animator November 10. I am very comfortable with these programs and learned the practical uses you can get out of them.
Am practical with my teaching and know a lot about the uses of Adobe's design programs and Autodesk's 3D software.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have been playing music for almost 15 years now. I started as a percussionist and then moved on to bass and rhythm guitar. I have an Associates Degree in Music from Jamestown Community College and have performed in many bands, ensembles and even as a backing musician for former American Idol finalists. When it comes to teaching or tutoring, I find that it is necessary to craft a pedagogical style that will match the learning style of your student. Each student learns in a different way, whether visually, aurally, kinesthetically, subconsciously, or simply by rote. I find that it is necessary to try each option with all students. I feel that the trouble that many students may have is that they operate differently from the rest of their peers and simply need a different approach to learning material. I find that making the material more interesting is of vast importance as well, and I make learning and retention of information a high priority.
