My comments on tutoring SAT - Verbal : I have been trained by a learning center on how to teach the SAT - Verbal. I have tutored many students on how to increase their scores as well.

I am a great speaker, and I can easily relate to my students. I push my students thoroughly to reach their objectives, because I do not believe there is anyone who cannot learn a subject. I have never had a student fail on my watch, and I do not intend to ever have that happen if a student is trying. If you have the will to learn, I will see to it that you increase your grade.

I began tutoring while in high school, as a junior and senior I would spend 2-3 afternoons a week at the Middle School helping the learning support classes write book reports. While in college at Slippery Rock University, I put up flyers around campus and worked as an independent tutor for five dollars an hour aiding my fellow students finish their final papers at the end of each semester. I am a proponent of two things. First, encouragement. I always encourage the smallest success before I point out any failure. I never get frustrated or upset. I never get angry or disappointed.
