My comments on tutoring Testing Skills : help students develop basic set of study skills to help prepare for exams

Over the years I have developed study skills to help students with special needs as well as help individuals with special needs on the job site. I interview a potential student to find out the best way he or she learns. I would then adapt my teaching style to their learning method.I have worked with visually impaired students who needed me to transcribe their classroom tapes into braille or who needed me to write lecture notes for them. I have been at Pennfield High School for almost 6 months now and I have learned how to incorporate the new standards into the curriculum.
