I am young, enthusiastic, understanding, and patient. I am passionate about teaching, and it is my foremost goal to direct students toward academic success. I think of teaching as a fine art, founded upon a set of testable objectives. Each and every student is capable of learning, but no one specific formula can guarantee that learning will actually occur. Instead, the process by which it is accomplished is unique to the individual student; personal learning style must be critically evaluated in the development of any effective tutoring plan. A dynamic relationship should also exist between teacher and student, since ideas must be exchanged, discussed, understood, remembered, and applied.
