After the student understands the concrete real life connection, then we move into the abstract representation of the same concept in print. My master's thesis was on computer-based training. My experience includes teaching end users and other trainers (train the trainer). Classroom training subjects have included using software programs, developing online documentation, writing skills, communications training, policies and so on.
