I completed my B.S in Biology in 1991 and my M.S. in Wildlife Research in 1994. I have 2 manuscripts published in the Journal of Wildlife Management. I worked for the Washington State Department of Natural Resources for 14 years as an Endangered Species Research Scientist. In graduate school, I developed a management style, Egalitarian Leadership. The faculty encouraged me to submit my paper to Harvard Business School. Currently, I am writing a middle school age novel. I chose to receive a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, so I could study many different fields, rather than focus on only one. I was thrilled with reading and literature courses; history; fine arts; sociology and humanities. I believe that if a student doesn’t trust my intentions and know that I am working towards helping them in a truly genuine manner, they cannot benefit from my instruction. I am also an advocate of mutual respect.
