I'm 24 and mother of a 1 year old (he may be with me while tutoring). I'm laid back and believe there is a natural process that must take place for us to learn and absorb new material. Too often students look at teachers or adults as enemies, and I try to take a very laid-back, conversational approach when tutoring.
