With over 20 years of tutoring experience, I am able to help with many subjects and all ages. I have worked with students from kindergarten through college in many subjects. I have been a Mainstream Coach for the past 8 years as my daughter was entering middle/high school and I wanted to be on a school schedule for her. I have been teaching Special Needs students, modifying the curriculum and assisting with their transition into the mainstream. As an undergraduate I worked at the mathematics tutor lab in our department. As a PhD student I both taught and assisted in the teaching of mathematics courses at the university level. Also I have experience with privately tutoring elementary, jr. high and high school students.

A Little Bit About Me...

I enjoy teaching high schoolers for a variety of reasons. Mostly because of how honest I can be with them. I enjoy teaching hands-on, real life application of the sciences in a way that students can understand the concept as well as the usefulness to them out in the real world.
