As a degree holder in both writing and literature, and having worked with children in a professional capacity for several years, I have extensive knowledge of both writing, reading and editing techniques, but my ability to teach does not end with them. I've always had a passion for the arts, and teaching them is my favorite way of enjoying them. A Little Bit About Me...

I have spent the better part of my life either in school or teaching in one form or another. I highly value both the process of learning and of passing on my knowledge. I have intend to make this my life's work and as such have almost always held teaching positions. I tutored fellow students while an undergraduate and after graduation I taught autistic students in math, reading, art, speech therapy and physical education for 5 years. Then, as a graduate student I taught Human Anatomy to undergraduates. Though my own education is in psychology and biology my years of education have provided me with a broad base in the arts, history and literature/writing as well.
