I am a fervent believer of Gardner's mutiple intelligences, because I know that each person has a unique learning style, and unique interests. Therefore I will do all in my power to discover each and every student's learning preferences, so that learning becomes a responsible, joyful experience. A Little Bit About Me...

As a graduate of Northwestern University with a B.A. in Classics and a parent of an Ivy League graduate, I place a high value on quality education. My experience as an adjunct faculty member of the Pace Program at National-Louis University (a program for learning disabled young adults) assisted and supported my growth as both a teacher and a tutor. During my employment at National-Louis (2004-2008) I was an instructor of life skills, assisted teaching a money management class, and tutored students in academic subjects. The past two years I am teaching home-schooled students introductory New Testament Greek, beginning and second year Latin, and Greek mythology both in my home and a classroom.
