A Little Bit About Me...

I am taking a class in my Master's program in which I have learned six different educational methods to use with students. Each method is different, and I have been able to learn and work through each of them. I began tutoring while in high school, as a junior and senior I would spend 2-3 afternoons a week at the Middle School helping the learning support classes write book reports. While in college at Slippery Rock University, I put up flyers around campus and worked as an independent tutor for five dollars an hour aiding my fellow students finish their final papers at the end of each semester. I had so much fun and the fact that I could get paid for it was secondary but a bonus.
