My teaching style is to meet the student and learn his or her personality. Each student is a different individual with different learning styles. When you can incorporate the perfect learning style with each individual to match his or her own interests, the student will actually learn and retain the knew information.
I have enjoyed life to the fullest and in the same sense gained most of my experience from enjoying the companies of others. I have traveled and lived in other countries. I like to determine my teaching style by first evaluating a child's current progress and learning style. Learning is a very individualized process, therefore, teaching must also be individual. I am a relaxed person, and I like to find a way to relate material to a child in a way that he/she will not only understand, but retain. Flash cards are great for some children, and other children will learn better with a pneumonic device, while still other learners will make up a song to remember the material.
