I am particularly enthusiastic about teaching mathematics to all students, and my record documents this fact. As an undergraduate I studied education, and acquired a secondary education license while pursuing a rigorous mathematics curriculum. How do I summarize teaching in my life? I guess the best way to explain my teaching experience is to tell you a story. As a young girl I wanted to be a teacher. As an outdoor education instructor and program administrator I have been working and teaching children of all ages for the past 8 years. My bachelors degree is in History, but in addition to my formal education I have plenty of life experience as a coach and mentor to children of varying ages.
